The deadline for paper submission is Febrary 15, 1999.
The maximum length of the paper is 2 pages of A4. The text of manuscript must be printed on a laser printer or a jet printer with the single line spacing. The type sizes to be used in the manuscript are the following: title - 12 points, authors - 12 points, organization, city, country - 12 points, abstract - 10 points.
The submission includes: 2 copies of the paper signed by the author, electronic form (MSWord or ASCII DOS).
One author may not submit more than 2 papers.
The papers should include aims, methods of research, and results. All abbreviations used in the manuscript must be given in full form. The second copy of the paper must include the indication of the topic.
All papers must be submitted by February 1, 1999 to S.A. Shastun, Secretary of Organizing Committee. Registration fee for all persons: before February 1, 1999, $ 200; after, $250. The proof of payment of the registration fee should be attached to the completed Registration Form and Hotel Reservation Form.
