Working with the potential customer is done from the very beginning in order to guarantee a result that must coincide with the customer's needs and expectations. The first step is a complete analysis of the customer's requirements, which is accompanied by a detailed technical proposal, including structural diagrams, preliminary evaluation of device parameters and cost estimation. Various specialists - designer, constructor, circuit designer, programmer, and specialty consultants are brought in during this phase to ensure that the client's goals in terms of clinical performance, cost, manufacturing capability, and patent clearance are realistically met or exceeded. Simple concept sketches or full quality 3D models can be provided depending on the client's needs. This step removes much of the development risk at the outset of the project and can serve as a reference point with milestones for the client and potentially their investors.

Upon completion of development, a set of design documentation, samples produced, reports are handed over to the customer and support is provided to put the product into production. Alternatively, MKS can produce the product at its own certified production base or organize production at the facilities of a contract manufacturer, both in Russia and abroad. MKS quality system provides effective document flow and feedback mechanism to the customer to assess the progress of work at any stage of the product life cycle.
