OVERVIEW
tES4me is a portable 8-channel device for non-invasive transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) of the human brain.
During a session, the device delivers weak constant or pulsed electrical signals through surface electrodes.
TES4me supports multiple stimulation modes (tDCS, tACS, tRNS, tPCS, ACM), offers flexible parameter adjustment, and stores a complete history of sessions.
The system can be used both in research projects and in conditions of independent operation:
- an operator pre-programs the stimulation course,
- the user performs sessions according to the predefined schedule.

SOFTWARE
The TES4me system is operated via mobile and desktop applications for iOS, Android, and Windows.
Tes4me Doctor — the operator’s application. It allows creating and recording stimulation courses, using built-in or custom templates, storing user data, and synchronizing session history with the stimulator.
Tes4me — the user’s application. It displays the current device status, schedule, and session history, monitors electrode connection quality (impedance), shows the progress of the procedure, and enables self-assessment after stimulation.
The stimulator’s embedded software stores parameters and session history, ensures electrode connection control, and automatically transfers data to the applications.
